What it is
For teams new to AI, the working introduction.
Two focused days for a team that has not formally adopted AI yet. We cover the patterns that hold up, the tools worth paying for, and the work each attendee can do in their own role to ship a useful first automation.
By the end of day two, every attendee leaves with at least one personal automation built, a working prompt library tailored to their role, and a clear picture of where their team should invest next.
Who it's for
Teams of 8–20 with little or no formal AI exposure. Mixed roles work well — sales, ops, and leadership in the same room learn from each other.
What you ship: A working prompt library, one personal automation per attendee, and a written 90-day plan for the team.
