About AI Wannabe
Who we are, what we do.
- What does AI Wannabe actually do?
- We are an AI advisory, implementation, and training practice. Three things, in this order: a written audit that maps where AI fits in your business and where it does not; workshops and training that get your team capable of running it; and (when it makes sense) implementation work where we build the workflows alongside you.
- Are you a reseller or platform?
- No. We do not resell tools, take referral fees, or push a platform of our own. The recommendation is what we would do if it were our money — including "use what you already have."
- How do you actually use AI?
- We are human-led, AI-assisted. Our team uses AI inside our own work daily, which is part of why we can teach it. The deliverables — the audit, the curriculum, the readouts — are written and edited by humans.
The AI Audit
The $499 written assessment + roadmap.
The full breakdown lives on the audit page. The most common questions:
- How long does the audit take?
- Two to three weeks from kickoff to final readout. Most of the elapsed time is interview scheduling, not analysis.
- What does it cost — and what do I get for $499?
- You get the written assessment and roadmap from our team, plus twelve months of access to our online course catalog (around forty-three courses across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and Leadership AI). Both the map and the materials to execute it. If you go on to book any AI Wannabe service, workshop, or training within twelve months, the full $499 is credited against that engagement.
- Do we have to hire AI Wannabe afterward?
- No. The audit is the work. You leave with a written assessment, a roadmap, and a year of training material your team can use to run it. Hand the package to your in-house team, another consultancy, or just keep it. We are happy to be hired for what comes next, but the deliverable does not require it.
- Who from our team needs to be involved?
- A leadership sponsor for kickoff and readout. Three to five operators for short interviews. We do not need a project manager assigned to us.
- Do you require any tools or platforms?
- No. We are vendor-neutral. The recommendation is what we would do if it were our money — including "use what you already have."
- Will you tell us not to do something?
- Frequently. About a third of audits end with "stop, the better move is to fix the workflow before adding AI." That is a successful audit.
Workshops
Foundations, Implementation, Sprint.
Three onsite formats, public dates and corporate options. See all workshops.
- What is included in a public workshop seat?
- Live in-person instruction for the full length of the workshop, light breakfast and lunch each workshop day, a printed and digital workbook, hands-on exercises with real workflow examples, 12 months of online course catalog access starting after the workshop, 12 months of live monthly member webinars and recordings, and a 30-day Q&A window for follow-up questions.
- Onsite or remote?
- Onsite is preferred for the build days. The 2-Day Foundations format also runs well remote when in-person is not practical.
- What if our team is brand new to AI?
- Start with the 2-Day Foundations. The 5-Day Sprint assumes prior exposure and is best for cohorts already comfortable with AI tools.
- Can we mix roles in the same workshop?
- Yes — and we recommend it for Foundations. The room learns faster when sales, ops, and leadership see each other's use cases.
- Is there pre-work?
- Light. A short reading and a tool-access checklist. Real pre-work happens in the intake call.
- Tools required?
- Bring laptops. We work with the stack you already pay for. We do not require purchasing any specific tool to participate.
- Is food included?
- Yes. Public workshops include light breakfast (coffee, tea, pastries) and lunch on each workshop day. Dietary restrictions can be flagged on your registration form. Corporate onsite workshops are catered by the host.
- When does my course catalog access start?
- Online course catalog access starts within 2 business days after the workshop ends, and lasts 12 months from that date. The workshop is the foundation; the course library is for ongoing reinforcement.
- How do the member webinars work?
- After the workshop, you are added to the member webinar list. You receive invitations to the live monthly webinars and access to the recordings for any webinar that occurs during your 12-month member window.
Online courses
The self-paced library.
Eight cross-role Core courses, five role bundles of seven, and ten standalone tool families. See the full course catalog.
- Do I need the Core before a role bundle?
- Recommended, not required. Most learners do both, in that order.
- How long does each course take?
- 45–90 minutes of video plus a workbook. Most learners finish a bundle in two to four weeks part-time.
- Are the courses certified?
- We issue completion records. We do not issue accredited certifications.
- Are updates included?
- Yes — the library is updated quarterly as tooling shifts. Updates are included for the life of the bundle.
- Can a whole team buy access?
- Yes. Volume access, single sign-on, and completion reporting are available. Reach out via the contact page.
Pricing, payment, refunds
How money flows.
- How do I pay?
- Public workshops and the AI Audit are paid through Stripe at the time of registration, by card. Your seat (or audit slot) is confirmed only when payment succeeds. Corporate workshops can be paid by Stripe or invoice (ACH or check), with payment due in full before the workshop start date.
- Is there a team or volume discount on workshops?
- Yes — 10% off when three or more seats from the same organization book the same workshop date. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
- What's the workshop refund and transfer policy?
- Cancel 14+ days before the start date for a full refund. Cancel 7–13 days before for a 50% refund. Inside 7 days the seat is non-refundable but is fully transferable to another person at any time before the workshop begins — including the morning of.
- Is the audit refundable?
- The $499 audit fee is non-refundable once we begin the engagement. If you change your mind before kickoff, we refund in full. If you go on to book any AI Wannabe service, workshop, or training within twelve months, the full $499 is credited against that engagement.
Booking a call
No commitment, no slide deck.
- How do I get on the calendar for a call?
- Click "Book a call" anywhere on the site — it opens our Zoom Scheduler in a modal. Pick a time that works for you. The call is 30 minutes, no slides, no pitch.
- What happens on the intro call?
- We listen to where you are with AI today, answer the questions on your list, and give you a straight read on whether an audit, a workshop, or no engagement at all is the right next move.
