Workshops

Time-boxed intensives that ship something by the time we leave.

Pricing & inclusions

One price per seat. Everything you need is included.

Public workshops are paid once at registration. Your seat is confirmed when payment succeeds. Save 10% per seat when you register 3 or more people from the same organization for the same workshop date.

Public schedule

Upcoming dates and cities.

All workshops are onsite. Pick a city and a date that works for your team, or hire us to deliver the same workshop at your office. Sessions are sized for the cohort, so seats are limited.

How a week works: every format starts on Monday. The 2-Day runs Monday–Tuesday, the 3-Day runs Monday–Wednesday, and the 5-Day Sprint runs Monday–Friday. Pick the length that fits your team.

Don’t see a date that works? Tell us where and when and we will look at the calendar.

Corporate & onsite workshops

Hire us to run any workshop at your office.

Two ways to engage: standardized, where we deliver the public curriculum onsite for one organization, or customized, where we tailor curriculum and use cases to your business.

  • Standardized

    Public curriculum, delivered onsite.

The same 2-Day, 3-Day, or 5-Day workshop we run publicly, scheduled for one organization at the location of your choice. Best when the public format already fits and the value is privacy and a tuned cohort.

    2-Day
Starting at $12,500up to 30 participants
    3-Day
Starting at $18,500up to 30 participants
    5-Day
Starting at $26,500up to 30 participants
    • Up to 30 participants from your organization.
    • Same curriculum, workbook, and exercises as the public workshop.
    • Pre-workshop intake call to scope the cohort and tailor examples.
    • 12 months of online course catalog and member webinar access for every attendee, starting after the workshop.
    • 30-day Q&A window after the workshop ends.
  • Customized

    Tailored curriculum and use cases.

When the standardized curriculum is not the right fit. We rework the agenda, build cases against your data and tools, and deliver a workshop shaped specifically for your team. Pricing is approximately 25–30% higher than the standardized equivalent to reflect the additional design time.

    2-Day
Starting at $16,000up to 30 participants
    3-Day
Starting at $24,000up to 30 participants
    5-Day
Starting at $34,000up to 30 participants
    • Up to 30 participants from your organization.
    • Custom curriculum designed against your stack, data, and goals.
    • Pre-workshop discovery — we talk to leaders and operators before we plan the agenda.
    • Build cases drawn from your actual workflows.
    • 12 months of online course catalog and member webinar access for every attendee, starting after the workshop.
    • 30-day Q&A window after the workshop ends.

What a day looks like

Same shape every day. Instruction in the morning, working sessions in the afternoon. The workshop ends with concrete deliverables, not closing thoughts. We focus on the skills that survive every model update, framing, structure, evaluation, so the team stays productive as the tools keep changing.

  1. 01

    Morning — instruction.

Two focused blocks. Concepts grounded in the work the room actually does.

  2. 02

    Working lunch.

A short demo from us; questions over food. Optional, but most rooms stay.

  3. 03

    Afternoon — build.

Hands-on. We circulate. Every attendee leaves the day with something they built.

  4. 04

    End of day — demos.

Short share-outs. The point is to see what is possible, not to grade.

What we ship

Concrete examples from past rooms. Yours will be specific to your business, but these are the patterns that show up most.

  • Sales

Lead-intake assistant that qualifies and routes inbound in real time.
  • Knowledge

Internal Q&A on your company docs — the thing your senior people get pinged for all day.
  • Reporting

A weekly report that pulls itself together and lands in the inbox before Monday.
  • Support

Triage assistant that drafts the first response and flags escalations.

Pre-work and after

  1. 01

    Short intake call.

Forty-five minutes with the sponsor and one operator. We design the cohort and the cases around what we hear.

  2. 02

    Light pre-work.

A reading, an account-access checklist, and a one-page brief from each attendee on the work they want to improve.

  3. 03

    30-day Q&A window.

After the workshop ends. Real questions from real attempts beat any closing slide.

Frequently asked

What is included in a public workshop seat?
Live in-person instruction for the full length of the workshop, light breakfast and lunch each workshop day, a printed and digital workbook, hands-on exercises with real workflow examples, 12 months of online course catalog access starting after the workshop, 12 months of live monthly member webinars and recordings, and a 30-day Q&A window for follow-up questions.
Is food included?
Yes. Public workshops include light breakfast (coffee, tea, pastries) and lunch on each workshop day. Dietary restrictions can be flagged on your registration form. For corporate onsite workshops, the client provides the venue and any catering or refreshments.
When do I get access to the online courses?
Online course catalog access starts after the workshop, not before. We grant access within 2 business days after the workshop ends, and access lasts 12 months from that date. The workshop is the foundation; the course library is for ongoing reinforcement.
How do the member webinars work?
After the workshop, you are added to the member webinar list. You receive invitations to the live monthly webinars and access to the recordings for any webinar that occurs during your 12-month member window.
What's your refund policy?
  • 10 or more days before the workshop100% refund
  • 7–9 days before80% refund
  • 3–6 days before50% refund
  • 1–2 days before30% refund
  • Same day or no-show0% refund

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Same-day and no-show seats are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person from the same organization at no extra cost. Online course and webinar access begin after the workshop, so they are not refundable separately.

Do I need paid AI tools to participate?
During the workshop we use popular AI tools (for example, Claude and ChatGPT) in their free or trial tiers wherever possible. Large language model providers charge for usage beyond their free tiers, and those costs are paid directly to them, not to us. If you choose to use paid versions of these tools after the workshop, you will set up and manage those subscriptions separately.
Can I transfer my seat to someone else?
Yes. If you cannot attend, your seat can be transferred to another person from the same organization at no extra cost. This applies even on the day of the workshop and to no-shows. Just let us know who is coming in your place.
Is there a team or volume discount?
Save 10% per seat when you register 3 or more people from the same organization for the same workshop date. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when 3 or more seats from the same organization book the same workshop date.
How do I pay?
Public workshops are paid through Stripe at the time of registration, by card. Your seat is confirmed only when payment succeeds. Corporate workshops can be paid by Stripe or invoice (ACH or check), with payment due in full before the workshop start date.
